WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
– Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
– Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure resident safety

If you meet these qualifications, we would be excited to connect with you:
– BLS Provider Certification must be obtained within one month (30 days) of your hire date or job transfer date
– An active, unencumbered Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license for the state in which you practice
– High school diploma or GED
