What are my responsibilities?
– Train, advocate, and promote our client’s building materials brand within assigned retail locations
– Travel within a designated territory to engage with multiple stores daily
– Drive sales and increase product awareness through effective training sessions
– Independently manage a territory of stores with minimal oversight
– Showcase your expertise in building materials while utilizing exceptional communication skills
– Cultivate professional relationships with store management and associates
– Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions with store staff
– Assess on-site needs effectively, including marketing material and promotional collateral
– Educate customers and Pro Desk associates, providing tailored product recommendations for their projects
– Accurately document and report on sales activities, schedules, and best practices
– Gather customer feedback to offer valuable insights and recommendations
– Ensure proper brand merchandising is maintained in retail locations while adhering to brand standards

– Achievement of established performance metrics
– Daily visits to multiple store locations
– Scheduling store visits a minimum of two weeks in advance
– Execution of sales activities during all store visits
