Job Title: Machine Mechanic | Second Shift | Terrace Park, OH

Company: AtWork

Location: Terrace Park, OH

Pay: $20.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20.50 for a “Machine Mechanic” position on the second shift in Terrace Park, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the scale compared to industry standards. According to data from various salary aggregation sites and labor statistics, machine mechanics in the Midwest typically earn between $22 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and specific skill sets. In Terrace Park, which is part of a generally competitive job market in manufacturing, this rate may not attract high-quality candidates, especially considering the physical demands and technical skills required for the role. Therefore, while the rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it likely falls short for more experienced mechanics, suggesting that it might not be sufficiently competitive in the local job market.
