Job description:
Job Schedule:
Training for 3 to 6 months: 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
Post-training: 3:15 PM to 1:15 AM, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

About the role:
The Header and/or Roller Trainee is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to learn and become proficient Cold Header or Thread Roller Operators. Skilled header and roller operators are essential to our business and are in high demand. Our training program mimics an apprenticeship structure, comprising classroom instruction and hands-on training, supplemented with mentorship from our experienced trainers and operators. No prior experience is necessary; we welcome applicants who possess a genuine desire to learn, grow, and excel in their careers.

Responsibilities:
– Commit to consistent perfect attendance throughout the training program.
– Engage fully in all aspects of the training curriculum.
– Learn to utilize appropriate tools, including measuring instruments.
– Develop skills to operate and set up equipment effectively.
– Acquire the ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
– Learn to inspect parts for surface discontinuities.
– Gain competence in welding wire.
– Participate in 5S housekeeping initiatives.
– Conduct other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
