Job description:
The primary purpose of the Engineering Enabler role is to collaborate with members of the Maintenance and Partner organizations to develop and implement efficient preventive and corrective work order plans and schedules. This position emphasizes the effective allocation of resources—including labor, materials, specialized tools, diagrams, sketches, work procedures, regulatory procedures, and permit identification—to ensure that maintenance jobs are conducted seamlessly and effectively. The Engineering Enabler is responsible for planning future maintenance activities and creating schedules that encompass both short-term and long-term work initiatives.

Key accountabilities include processing maintenance resources to align with production requirements, developing balanced weekly and future work schedules that optimize labor utilization while meeting internal production needs. The Engineering Enabler will also produce a range of computer-based planning and scheduling reports designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Maintenance Teams and serve our customers’ needs.
