Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician

Company: Charter Next Generation

Location: Shelby, OH

Pay: $26 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $26 for a Maintenance Lead Technician in Shelby, OH, is generally competitive but falls slightly below national averages for similar roles. While the compensation can vary based on experience, certifications, and specific industry sectors, the typical range for maintenance technicians in the U.S. is often between $30 to $40 per hour, especially for lead or supervisory positions. In Ohio, particularly in smaller towns like Shelby, wages may be lower due to regional economic factors, but $26 may not fully reflect the responsibilities expected of a lead technician. Therefore, while it is a reasonable starting point, it may not be fully aligned with expectations or the industry standard for more experienced professionals.
