WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Proficient operation of fork trucks
• Experience with Maintenance Software Systems (MVP)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Capability to perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Familiarity with extrusion, finishing, and recycling filters
• Proficient in office applications, particularly Excel
• Effective communication with production departments
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to monitor stocked materials and manage inventory
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle use
• Availability for overtime as needed
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, including email and phone interactions
• Ability to interact effectively with Production Shift Supervisors

COMPENSATION:

• Starting pay at $26.00 per hour

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, which include standing for the majority of a 12-hour shift on a concrete production floor, frequent lifting and handling of materials up to 65 pounds, climbing stairs, and working safely in proximity to hot surfaces and rotating equipment.
• Team members should be capable of frequent verbal communication and must possess specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Exposure to seasonal temperature and humidity changes, occasionally reaching up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, is expected.
