Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician
Company: Charter Next Generation
Location: Mansfield, OH
Pay: $26 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $26 for a Maintenance Lead Technician in Mansfield, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum for this role. According to industry data, skilled maintenance technicians typically earn between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on their experience and the complexity of the work involved. In Ohio, factors such as the cost of living and local demand for skilled tradespeople also play a role in wage competitiveness. While $26 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions or certain companies, more experienced technicians or those with specialized skills might expect to earn higher wages, making this rate less competitive overall for a lead position.
