Job Title: Maintenance Lead Technician

Company: Charter Next Generation

Location: Bellville, OH

Pay: $26 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $26 for a Maintenance Lead Technician in Bellville, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. According to data from various salary aggregation platforms, the typical hourly wage for a Maintenance Lead Technician can range from approximately $28 to $35, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and the complexity of the maintenance tasks involved. Additionally, local living costs and demand for skilled maintenance professionals may influence compensation; therefore, while $26 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions or smaller organizations, it may not be competitive enough for experienced technicians or larger companies seeking skilled leadership in maintenance operations.
