Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Mount Vernon, OH

Pay: $20.37 – 25.46 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20.37 – $25.46 for a Maintenance Manager position in Mount Vernon, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to available data, Maintenance Managers typically earn between $26 and $40 per hour, depending on experience, the complexity of the facilities managed, and regional cost of living. While the offered rate may be competitive for entry-level or less demanding positions in a smaller market, it may not attract candidates with significant experience or specialized skills, particularly given that Mount Vernon is located within proximity to larger metropolitan areas where compensation may be higher. In summary, while the rate could suit some candidates, it generally falls below the average for this role within the industry.
