Job Title: Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals

Company: Better Talent

Location: Glen Arbor, MI

Pay: $47500 – 55500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $47,500 to $55,500 per year for a “Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals” role in Glen Arbor, MI translates to approximately $22.84 to $26.64 per hour, based on a standard full-time schedule. This compensation appears to be on the lower end for maintenance management roles, particularly in the vacation rental and property management sectors, where salaries often reflect regional living costs as well as the specific skills required, which can include familiarity with property maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work. Comparatively, similar positions in resort areas and more urban settings typically offer higher salaries, often in the range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually due to higher property values and more complexity in maintenance needs, suggesting that while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level or less demanding positions, it may not be fully competitive for experienced candidates in Glen Arbor.
