Job Title: Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals

Company: Better Talent

Location: Glen Arbor, MI

Pay: $47500 – 55500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $47,500 to $55,500 for the role of “Maintenance Manager, Vacation Rentals” in Glen Arbor, MI, translates to an hourly wage of approximately $22.84 to $26.64. This rate appears to be competitive within the context of the regional market, considering that property maintenance managers typically earn between $45,000 and $70,000 annually depending on factors like experience, the complexity of the properties managed, and regional cost of living. Glen Arbor, being a smaller and tourist-oriented community, may yield slightly lower wages than urban centers, but given the responsibilities typically associated with maintenance management in vacation rentals, such as overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring property readiness, this compensation aligns reasonably with industry standards, making it a fairly attractive offer for the area.
