Job Title: Maintenance Porter – Driving

Company: SP+

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Maintenance Porter – Driving” role in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered below the competitive range for similar positions in the area. While entry-level or less experienced positions might start at this wage, many employers in the maintenance and facilities management sector typically offer rates between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in Cleveland and regional wage standards suggest that a $15 per hour wage may not fully align with the expectations of candidates with relevant skills and driving responsibilities. Overall, increasing the hourly rate may be necessary to attract and retain qualified individuals in this role.
