Job Title: Maintenance Technician 1st Shift

Company: GE Aerospace

Location: Vandalia, OH

Pay: $25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 for a “Maintenance Technician 1st Shift” in Vandalia, OH, is generally considered competitive but may be slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. As of late 2023, maintenance technicians typically earn between $21 and $30 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific skill sets, and the complexity of the maintenance tasks involved. In Vandalia and surrounding areas, demand for skilled maintenance personnel may drive rates higher, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Therefore, while $25 per hour is a reasonable wage, it may not fully capitalize on the skills and experience required for the position, especially given regional cost of living factors and market demand.
