Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician who will be instrumental in upholding the high quality standards established by Pyramid Global Hospitality. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel facilities and enhance guest satisfaction.

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

– Upholding service quality standards that directly impact guest satisfaction
– Timely and professional responses to guest inquiries and concerns
– Performing general repairs and conducting assigned maintenance tasks efficiently
– Addressing complaints or issues from guests and other departments promptly
– Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the entire hotel facility, including the physical structure, as well as all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, in alignment with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs
