Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay: $24 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $24 for a “Maintenance Technician II” position in Traverse City, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive, though it may vary depending on skills, experience, and the specific demands of the job. Generally, salaries for maintenance technicians in this region and at this level typically range from around $20 to $30 per hour, with the median often hovering closer to $25. Factors such as the cost of living in Traverse City, being a popular tourist destination, and potential industry differences (like residential versus commercial maintenance) can also influence wage competitiveness.
