Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Onsite Housing Provided
Company: Samaritas
Location: Spring Lake, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a “Maintenance Technician – Onsite Housing Provided” position in Spring Lake, MI, is generally considered below the industry standard. As of 2023, maintenance technicians in the United States typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, with higher wages often seen in regions with a higher cost of living or specialized skill requirements. While the provision of onsite housing can add value to the overall compensation package, the base hourly rate itself is not competitive and may deter qualified applicants seeking fair compensation for their skills in a relatively demanding role.
