We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibilities for this role include:

– Timely completion of work orders and special projects
– Executing plumbing and electrical service requests
– Performing apartment turnovers, which encompass:
– Plumbing
– Electrical work
– Drywall repair
– Painting
– Appliance repair and replacement
– Delivering exemplary customer service while assisting residents
– Diagnosing problems and conducting repairs, particularly in the electrical domain
– Responding promptly to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
– Maintaining the exterior of the property to ensure a clean and presentable curb appeal at all times
– Performing housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months when needed
– Overseeing property maintenance for pools, spas, and surrounding areas, if applicable

Qualifications for this position include:

– Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred, but not required
– Strong customer service skills and general computer literacy
– Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, appliance maintenance, and painting
– Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Additional credentials such as plumbing, contracting, or builder certifications and licenses are a plus. Availability for on-call duties and the flexibility to work weekends when necessary is appreciated.
