Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly complete work orders and special projects.
• Respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring all tasks are executed in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and general computer proficiency.
• Comprehensive experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
