As the Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral member of our team, responsible for ensuring the overall operational efficiency of the maintenance department.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, in addition to a quarterly bonus.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:

– Timely completion of work orders and special projects
– Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests
– Conducting apartment renovations, which encompass:
– Plumbing
– Electrical work
– Drywall repair
– Painting
– Appliance repair/replacement
– Delivering friendly, customer service-oriented support to residents
– Diagnosing issues and executing repairs in electrical systems
– Responding promptly to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
– Assisting in maintaining the property’s exterior to uphold an appealing curbside presence at all times
– Performing housekeeping duties as required and participating in snow removal during winter months when necessary
– Managing maintenance tasks related to pools, spas, and pool areas, if applicable

Qualifications:

– Knowledge of HVAC systems
– 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred
– Exceptional customer service skills and general computer proficiency
– Strong expertise in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting
– Plumbing, contracting, and builders’ certifications and licenses are advantageous
– Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary
