Job Description
Job Title: Male Caregivers encouraging to apply, full-time 11a-7p M-F
Company: Help at Home
Location: Inkster, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a full-time caregiver position in Inkster, MI, appears to be on the lower end of industry standards. While compensation for caregivers can vary based on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities, the typical hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan generally ranges from $12 to $20, with many positions offering $17 to $20 per hour or more, especially for full-time roles that may require specialized skills. Therefore, while the position might attract applicants, the $16/hour rate may not be competitive enough to draw experienced candidates and could limit the pool of applicants, especially in a market where wages for similar positions are trending upward.
