Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)

Company: Sherwin-Williams

Location: Northville, MI

Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate of $53,500 per year for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Northville, MI, we first convert the annual salary to an hourly wage. Assuming a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, this results in approximately $25.68 per hour. This salary appears to be on the lower end for similar management and sales training positions in the Detroit metropolitan area, where typical entry-level management roles often start around $30,000 to $50,000 annually, with more experienced positions or comprehensive training programs sometimes offering upwards of $60,000 or more. Factors such as the company’s reputation, benefits, and advancement opportunities can also impact competitiveness, but overall, this salary may not attract top talent in a moderately competitive job market.
