Job Description
Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)
Company: Sherwin-Williams
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: $53500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the annual salary of $53,500 for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Warren, MI, we can break it down into an hourly rate. Assuming a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and about 52 weeks a year, this salary translates to approximately $25.67 per hour. While this salary may be aligned with entry-level positions in management training and sales within the region, it is relatively modest compared to the broader industry standards, especially for roles in major urban areas like Detroit. Typically, trainee programs in management and sales at large companies can offer starting salaries between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on the company size, industry, and specific program structure. Therefore, while this rate is competitive for some entry-level positions, it may not fully meet the expectations for a comprehensive management training program in a mid-sized to large company within the area.
