Job Description
Job Title: Management & Sales Training Program (Detroit)
Company: Sherwin-Williams
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $53500 per year
AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate of $53,500 per year for the “Management & Sales Training Program” in Detroit, MI, we first convert this annual salary into an hourly wage. Assuming a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, this translates to approximately $25.68 per hour. In the context of management and sales training roles, which often require a combination of leadership skills, sales acumen, and a degree of experience, this rate appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, particularly in urban areas like Detroit. While entry-level or training positions can sometimes command lower salaries, many management and sales training programs, especially in sizable companies, often offer more competitive salaries ranging from $30 to $50 per hour depending on the industry and specific company. Therefore, while the position may appeal to some candidates seeking experience, it may not be deemed competitive relative to prevailing industry standards in that geographic region.
