Through our comprehensive six-week training program, you will learn the Domino’s Way—mastering the art of making our delicious products, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively managing a team. This program will equip you with the skills necessary to successfully run a Domino’s restaurant.
As an Assistant Manager, you can expect to earn between $37,000 and $45,000 annually, based on your availability, capabilities, and development. For those seeking further advancement, you can continue your training over the next three to six months to prepare for a General Manager position, which offers earnings between $52,000 and $65,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus.
This is an hourly position with opportunities for overtime. You will oversee all aspects of the store’s operations.
