Pay: $22.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22.50 for a Manufacturing Machine Operator specializing in dryers during a night shift in Sturgis, MI, appears to be competitive when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the manufacturing sector. As of late 2023, the average pay for manufacturing machine operators in Michigan generally ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and location. Given that Sturgis is a smaller city, rates may be slightly lower compared to larger urban areas, but this offer is at or above the market average, suggesting that it reflects a fair compensation structure, especially for a night shift position that often comes with additional demands. Overall, this pay rate seems aligned with current labor market trends in the manufacturing industry for this specific role and geographic area.
