Position Overview:
The Bellepoint Creative Team is dedicated to producing engaging social media content, strategic marketing campaigns, and brand-driven design aimed at connecting with stakeholders and fostering business growth. The Marketing & Brand Lead serves as an individual contributor essential to promoting the Bellepoint brand, overseeing photoshoots, developing social media strategies, managing client and vendor relationships, executing public relations activities, and organizing events. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with robust project management skills who can collaborate with the team to devise marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and Social Media
– Enhance and manage the company’s web and social media presence, collaborating with our web design agency to generate content ideas, plan campaigns, and establish engagement goals.
– Manage and regularly update the company website, implementing SEO strategies to maximize brand visibility and traffic.
– Remain informed about trending content, music, and social media best practices to bolster brand awareness and engagement.
– Engage with brand ambassadors and influencers to identify potential partnership opportunities.
– Monitor analytics to report on social media and website performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Photography and Content Creation
– Coordinate with photographers and videographers to execute professional photoshoots for completed projects, capturing high-quality images that reflect Bellepoint’s vision and craftsmanship.
– Oversee the process of staging and accessorizing homes prior to photoshoots.
– Frequently visit construction sites to document team activities, showcasing progress and highlighting our craftsmanship.

Vendor and Client Coordination
– Manage relationships with external vendors (cleaners, photographers, florists, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.
– Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout their project journey, coordinating all marketing-related activities.
– Oversee the design and creation of all client-facing sales materials.
– Coordinate client and vendor appreciation gifts and events, such as project completion celebrations, birthdays, new baby gifts, sympathy cards, and more.

Event Planning and Execution
– Plan and execute project kickoff celebrations, project completion events, and client appreciation activities, including gifts and thank-you notes.
– Coordinate and manage company events, such as summer gatherings, holiday parties, and vendor appreciation events.
– Assist in organizing sponsorships for industry events, including golf outings and networking opportunities.
– Create vendor appreciation events to nurture positive relationships with industry partners.

Public Relations and Brand Management
– Collaborate with local media outlets and industry publications to generate public relations opportunities.
– Identify and pitch opportunities for publication, including participation in Columbus Business First surveys, local magazines, and other industry-related media.
– Ensure the company’s brand is consistently represented across all materials, social media platforms, and public-facing communications.
– Maintain the brand book, updating it annually to reflect any changes in guidelines or messaging.

Additional Responsibilities
– Monitor industry developments to identify potential business relationships and partnerships.
– Maintain and update the company’s email marketing list.
– Plan and manage mailers and special promotional campaigns for spec homes.
– Oversee the company’s branded merchandise and coordinate promotional items for clients, events, and partners.
– Develop and manage design and sales materials, including stationery, brochures, promotional materials, and company gifts.

Qualifications
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
