Job description:
The Community Manager acts as a vital link between Jeeter and the budtender community within your state. This position entails the comprehensive planning, budgeting, and execution of Jeeter University educational programs, Social Hours, and various events, ensuring that each interaction embodies Jeeter’s high standards of quality and engagement. The Community Manager is responsible for managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborating closely with product development teams, and keeping the local staff informed about the latest product offerings. This role is instrumental in fostering strong relationships with the budtender community, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving community-centric initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Jeeter University events, Social Hours, and educational programs, ensuring seamless execution.
- Spearhead the planning and coordination of all Jeeter University educational events in the state, including budget management and execution oversight.
- Supervise all Social Hours and hybrid hours, ensuring these initiatives align with broader marketing and community objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Jeeter University Education, Social Hours, and Event Management:
- Organize and lead budtender social gatherings, awards programs, giveaways, and exclusive merchandise initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and engagement within the budtender community.
- Develop marketing collateral, booklets, and digital resources for Jeeter University, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze market trends to proactively plan and execute relevant events.
- Oversee the implementation of all budtender initiatives, prioritizing operational efficiency and cost control for Jeeter University events.
- Formulate and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
Education and Product Development Collaboration:
- Collaborate monthly with the product development team to stay abreast of current and forthcoming products.
- Lead state-level educational initiatives, ensuring the local team possesses thorough knowledge of the latest product standards.
Budtender Ambassador Program:
- Design and manage state-specific budtender VIP initiatives, recruiting dedicated advocates from dispensaries to engage in Jeeter’s community programs.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of SOPs for events and general operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Regularly update informational documentation for Jeeter University to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Survey and Initiative Management:
- Create and manage surveys for various budtender campaigns to collect data that provides insights into campaign performance and identifies areas for enhancement.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Jeeter University team to synchronize budgeting and planning efforts with organizational goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and successful program execution.
Collaborative Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with the Jeeter University, product development, and educational teams to ensure effective coordination, budget management, and successful execution of all state-specific budtender initiatives.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies, particularly in brand activation and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels and the fostering of meaningful relationships within the budtender community.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Excel, Asana, and other project management tools, for efficient tracking, organizing, and reporting of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing market environments and business priorities, ensuring strategic and flexible execution of marketing plans.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the aptitude to prioritize tasks, manage multiple concurrent projects, and respond to evolving timelines.

Education and Experience:
