The Marketing & Events Specialist at Mammotome will play a vital role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of educational events, including physician education workshops, advisory board meetings, product spotlight events, speaking engagements, webinars, training events at centers of excellence, and product user meetings. This position is part of our Americas Marketing and Product Education team, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will require on-site attendance.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Americas Marketing and Education to facilitate the event planning process across all departments, ensuring the seamless execution of integrated event experiences. This includes setting clear goals and objectives, measuring return on investment metrics, and managing budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Education to plan and manage all physician education events, advisory board meetings, and user meetings, acting as both an event planner and project coordinator to ensure successful execution.
– Handle healthcare professional documentation and Sunshine Act reporting.
– Develop standardized work processes and systems for all professional educational events, liaising with Product Managers and Sales representatives to ensure accurate presentation of content related to specific products and therapies by teaching physicians.
– Analyze outcomes and success metrics of various events, leveraging insights to create and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or an Associate’s Degree with at least 4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Education, Training, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Travel and Other Requirements:
– Up to 40% travel is required for on-site event coordination, with travel demands varying by season (Spring: 40%, Winter/Fall: approximately 25-30%, Summer: minimal).
– Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1 to 7 days.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of sonography and ultrasound.
– Experience in professional physician education coordination or medical advisory boards.
– Event planning experience.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between $75,000 and $80,000. This reflects our good faith belief regarding the potential compensation for this position as of the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary, and adjustments may be made in the future.
