Job Description
Job Title: Marketing & Media Assistant
Company: Life Care Services
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $22 for a Marketing & Media Assistant in Holland, MI, is generally competitive, although it may be at the lower end of the spectrum. Nationally, marketing assistants often earn between $16 to $25 per hour, with median wages aligning closer to $20. Considering Michigan’s cost of living and regional salary averages, this rate is reasonable for entry-level positions, but experienced candidates may seek higher compensation. Additionally, local demand for marketing professionals and the specific employer’s reputation can influence wage expectations, suggesting that while $22 is acceptable, it may not attract top talent if better opportunities are available nearby.
