Job Description
Job Title: Massillon-Care Pro
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Fredericksburg, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for the “Massillon-Care Pro” role in Fredericksburg, OH, is generally below the national average for similar positions in the caregiving industry, which often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on factors like experience, certifications, and location. While this pay may be somewhat competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates in the context of rising living costs and increased demand for skilled care providers. Overall, the offered wage may not align well with industry standards and could be viewed as insufficient by potential applicants.
