Job Title: Master Maintenance Technician | HVAC

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $28 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $28 for a “Master Maintenance Technician | HVAC” in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be somewhat on the lower end of the spectrum based on industry standards. According to data from various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job listings, HVAC technicians with master-level skills typically earn between $30 to $50 per hour in similar regions. Factors such as experience, certification, and the specific demands of the job can influence pay, but $28 may be less competitive for seasoned technicians. Therefore, this rate might not fully align with the expectations for a master-level technician position in the Kalamazoo area, potentially impacting talent attraction and retention.
