Position Overview:
We are seeking versatile team members who can excel in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, as well as our Front-End. The pay range for this role is between $13.00 and $16.00 per hour. This position is based in Cincinnati at our store located at 3088 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45209.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service consistently by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions.
    • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotional items throughout the store while collaborating with various departments to ensure guest assistance.
    • Enhancing the shopping experience through proper merchandising and stocking of products and specialty items while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance.
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and supporting general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
    • Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to uniform standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
