Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Marysville, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Marysville, MI, appears to be below the industry standard for similar roles. According to data from various salary and job market resources, medical technicians in Michigan typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on their experience and specific responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for medical technicians, and the specific employer can influence these rates. Consequently, the offered pay of $15 may not be competitive, particularly for attracting qualified candidates in a field where skilled labor is increasingly valued.
