Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Fort Gratiot, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Fort Gratiot, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, medical technicians and related roles in similar regions typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on their experience and specific responsibilities. In Fort Gratiot, which is part of a generally moderate cost-of-living area, this wage may not attract candidates seeking competitive compensation, especially considering the potential for more lucrative opportunities in healthcare within nearby markets. Therefore, this rate may need to be revisited to enhance appeal and competitiveness in attracting qualified talent.
