Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Fort Gratiot, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Fort Gratiot, MI, appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards for similar roles. According to data from various job platforms and salary reports, the typical pay range for a medical technician in Michigan generally falls between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Additionally, considering the demand for healthcare roles and the cost of living in the area, the offered rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates, particularly for a second shift position that often requires additional incentives due to less desirable hours. Therefore, it may be advisable for employers to reassess the compensation to align better with market conditions.
