Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Port Huron, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Port Huron, MI, is generally below the competitive range for this role in the healthcare sector. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for medical technicians in Michigan typically falls between $18 to $25, depending on factors such as experience, specific job duties, and local demand. Given that Port Huron has a cost of living that is relatively moderate compared to larger urban centers, the $15 rate may not attract highly qualified candidates and could lead to challenges in staff retention and morale. Overall, this pay rate seems uncompetitive and may require reevaluation to align with industry standards and attract qualified personnel.
