Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Mount Clemens, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 per hour for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Mount Clemens, MI, appears to be below the average market rate for similar roles in the healthcare sector, particularly given the responsibilities typically associated with medical technicians, which often include patient care, monitoring, and documentation. As of late 2023, Med Tech salaries in Michigan generally range from about $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and the specific healthcare facility. Therefore, the offered rate may not be competitive and could discourage potential applicants looking for more equitable compensation in alignment with industry standards.
