Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Chesterfield, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Chesterfield, MI, falls below the industry average for similar roles, particularly in healthcare settings. As of late 2023, the typical wage for a medical technician in the United States ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as the local cost of living, demand for healthcare workers, and the overall job market in the Chesterfield area can influence salaries; however, $17 an hour may not attract qualified candidates. Overall, this rate appears to be relatively low and could hinder recruitment efforts for this position.
