Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift
Company: Quality Private Care
Location: Utica, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Utica, MI, appears to be below the competitive range for this role, given the responsibilities typically involved, which may include administering medications, monitoring patient health, and maintaining medical records. As of 2023, wages for medical technicians in Michigan generally range from $17 to $25 per hour, with variations based on experience, specific facility, and local demand. Considering this, the offered rate may not align with industry standards or adequately reflect the skills and certifications often required for such positions, potentially leading to difficulties in attracting qualified candidates.
