Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver 1st and 3rd shifts

Company: Homestead

Location: McBain, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Med Tech/Caregiver” position in McBain, MI, is generally considered below the statewide and national averages for similar roles. As of 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as the cost of living in McBain and the demand for healthcare workers can also influence pay. While the role may offer entry-level opportunities or benefits, the rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates in the long term, particularly in a field that often requires significant emotional and physical labor.
