Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver all shifts
Company: Whispering Pines Senior Living
Location: Lake City, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for the “Med Tech/Caregiver” role in Lake City, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum. While wages for similar positions can vary widely based on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities, the typical pay for caregiving roles often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour in Michigan, especially when considering the rising cost of living and increased demand for healthcare workers. Therefore, while $14 may attract candidates in a tight labor market, it may struggle to retain skilled workers unless supplemented by additional benefits or opportunities for advancement.
