Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Medical Technician (Med Tech) in Holland, MI appears to be below the average wage for similar roles. Typically, Med Techs earn between $16 to $25 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Michigan and the demand for healthcare professionals, $14 might not attract qualified candidates and could lead to high turnover rates. Therefore, the offered rate may not be competitive, and organizations looking to hire may need to reassess their compensation to align better with industry standards and retain talent.
