Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Allegan, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Allegan, MI, appears to be below the typical industry standards. The median hourly wage for medical technicians in similar roles across the United States generally ranges from $18 to $25, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, while local factors and cost of living can further influence these figures. In Michigan, particularly in rural areas like Allegan, wages may vary, but many employers offer competitive rates to attract qualified candidates in healthcare. Therefore, an hourly rate of $14 might be considered uncompetitive, potentially impacting recruitment and retention efforts in this critical field.
