Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Fennville, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last data update in October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Medical Technician (Med Tech) in Fennville, MI, appears to be below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $16 to $24 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific employer standards. While the cost of living in Fennville may be lower than in larger urban areas, the rate still falls short of competitive levels for the healthcare industry. Therefore, this wage may struggle to attract qualified candidates and could lead to higher turnover rates if not adjusted to better align with industry standards.
