Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Allegan, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Allegan, MI, appears to be somewhat below the industry average. Nationally, Med Tech salaries generally range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, with many facilities paying closer to $18-$22 for positions requiring certification or specialized skills. In Michigan specifically, the rates can be competitive, often reflecting the cost of living and demand in various regions. Therefore, while $14 per hour might be reasonable for entry-level positions or smaller facilities, it may not attract experienced candidates or those with certifications, making it less competitive in the current market. Overall, this wage could be seen as an entry-level offer and may limit the talent pool available for the role.
