Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Fennville, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech position in Fennville, MI, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on factors like experience and certifications. In Michigan, the average pay for medical technicians varies but tends to lean towards a competitive rate that aligns more closely with the higher end of that spectrum, especially in urban areas. Therefore, while $14 may be acceptable for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates or retain experienced workers, particularly as the demand for healthcare professionals continues to grow.
