Med Techs are scheduled to work 8-hour shifts, with all shifts available.

As a Med Tech, your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
– Administering medications and injections in accordance with physicians’ orders documented in medical charts
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping duties
– Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
– Assessing any changes in residents’ conditions and communicating these promptly to your supervisor
– Following established schedules to assist residents with repositioning
– Completing documentation related to medication administration accurately
– Exercising good judgment in providing quality client care and ensuring resident safety
– Collaborating with team members to support overall operations
– Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs
– Obtaining meal trays and assisting residents during meal times
– Performing additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
