Job Description
Job Title: Med Tech
Company: Homestead
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $14 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a “Med Tech” position in Holland, MI appears to be below the industry standards for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. While starting salaries may vary, especially for entry-level positions, the demand for healthcare-related roles, including medical technicians, generally commands higher compensation in light of the responsibilities involved and the current labor market dynamics. Therefore, this rate may be considered non-competitive and could potentially impact recruitment and employee retention in the area.
