Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Allegan, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a “Med Tech” role in Allegan, MI, appears to be below the industry standard for similar positions. Typically, medical technicians in the United States earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and regional cost of living adjustments. Given the demands of the role, which often require a blend of technical skills and patient interaction, the $14 rate may not be competitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified candidates in the area.
