Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Med Tech position in Sterling Heights, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for Medical Technologists in Michigan often falls between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer’s budget. While entry-level positions may start at lower rates, $15 may not attract qualified candidates in a market where pay rates are increasingly aligning with the cost of living and demand for healthcare workers. Thus, this rate could be viewed as uncompetitive and may necessitate adjustment to attract and retain talent effectively.
